DESCRIPTION
These energy-efficient Glassware Washers are constructed from stainless steel to ensure long life and protection from corrosion. The reliable microprocessor control system ensures that each load is processed using minimum energy. A delayed-start feature lets the washer run unattended during off-peak hours to further reduce energy costs. Six selectable cycle options with a maximum temperature of 70ºC (158ºF) provide flexibility.
All models include separate pumps for recirculated wash water and drain, flow meters, and an easy to clean triple filtration system to capture debris, broken glass and labels in an easy-to-access, easy-to-remove basket. Choose from three types:
Basic Glassware Washers are suitable for non-distilled water attachment and offer standard cleaning, rinsing and drying.
Deionized Water Rinse Washers include a 5/8" I.D. hose for attachment to a pre-existing distilled water source. Multiple rinse cycles and a special neutralizer dosing system are designed to help eliminate detergent residue.
High Performance Washers have more heating capacity for reduced water heating times/shorter cycles. The washing action is enhanced by utilizing a larger wash pump and increased flow rate.
