DESCRIPTION

Nor-Lake Scientific Chromatography Refrigerators feature a completely top-mounted refrigeration system that maximizes available storage area. A copper tube, aluminum fin evaporator is coated with a special acrylic to prevent deterioration from acidic materials. Condensate is collected and automatically evaporated from an electric evaporator pan, increasing the efficiency of the system. 

The digital LED microprocessor control of the chromatography refrigerator displays temperature in °C with a temperature range from 2 to 10°C (factory preset to 4°C). Warm and cold visual alarms provide an alert in the event of over/under temperature condition. Units are auto defrosting and the full-sized, double pane doors have anti-condensate heater wires. The cabinet is foamed-in-place with high-density polyurethane foam insulation; the interior and exterior front, side, and back are painted white. Exterior top and bottom are galvanized steel. 

Hardware consists of heavy-duty, pivot hinges, and pull-handles with centered key locks; self-adjusting magnetic gaskets; and 4" dia. casters. Two access ports have 2" sleeves with covers. The interior has one electrical outlet. The interior light is switch-activated. Each chromatography refrigerator includes 3 half-size cantilevered solid stainless steel shelves. UL-, cUL-listed; and CE-marked.
