The selectivity and sensitivity of modern LC/MS instruments allows you to shorten traditional LC run times and to combine multiple analytes into a single short analysis, or alternatively to further shorten the chromatographic separation times by multiplexing the LC separation step using multiple LC systems with a single mass spectrometer.
